About us
The Junior Bahamas Diabetes Association is newly founded and is the “junior branch” of The Bahamas Diabetes Association.
We aim to:

educate diabetics on management and citizens on what diabetes truly is

encourage diabetics to not be ashamed of their diabetes

empower fellow young diabetics to realize that they are more than just "diabetics"

erase the stigma that follows diabetics in the country by making sure citizens know that diabetics can do more than they believe
